Our mixer assortment
The extensive TARTLER mixer range has been developed to meet the most diverse requirements – and will be expanded as required. We are the only machine manufacturer who produces mixers with in-house molds. In this way, we enable our customers to achieve an optimal mixing of their materials – whether they are to be mixed and filled in high viscosity, low viscosity, liquid or in extreme ratios (100:2, 100:10). Made in Germany.
Whether high-viscosity, pasty, filled, low-viscosity, liquid, warm or hot materials are to be processed in small or large quantities – even with our standard selection of disposable mixers, we cover almost all facets of modern synthetic resin technology. Based on our engineering competencies and our injection molding manufacturing, we can realize disposable mixers for process-related borderline cases or individual customer requirements beyond the standard range at any time.
The special thing about our dynamic disposable mixers is the stability at their core. They can absorb more torsional forces than the products of our competitors.
For optimum mixing of the components, our customers prefer to use our dynamic disposable mixers for hooking into the drive hook of the mixing head. This method, in which the material is mixed quickly and very homogeneously by the rotating mixing spiral immediately before output, is considered a TARTLER invention and has set the standard in resin processing for more than three decades.
When mixing with static mixers, the mixer often has to be longer or more complex in order to achieve a good mixture of the material, which can lead to problems with highly viscous material. With the rotation in the dynamic mixing process, the components are mixed faster (shorter mixer) and reliably even with very different viscosities of the materials.
The use of disposable mixers reduces the consumption of environmentally harmful cleaning agents for rinsing the mixing heads to an absolute minimum, since the mixing of the material takes place in the disposable mixer itself – i.e. immediately before the material is discharged.
After the metering process, the mixer with sleeve is removed and only the connection point on the mixing head needs to be cleaned. The material in the mixer sleeve hardens together with the mixer and can be disposed of without having to go into hazardous waste.

Mixer with self-cutting connection
Introduction: Self-cutting mixer connection
The self-cutting mixer connection developed and patented by us is intended to replace the conventional connection with drive hook in the long term. A mixture of screw and corkscrew turns into the mixer and can be released again with the opposite direction of rotation. This increases work safety for the operator and completely eliminates the potential risk of injury from the drive hook. As the mixer does not have to be hooked into a hook, it is also possible to automate the mixer change. Cleaning and changing a cured mixer are also easier than with the previous model.
- For small output ranges
- Low viscosities
We select the right mixer for you depending on materials (viscosity, density, mixing ratio), output and application.
If the desired result requires a further development of the mixer, we have the possibility to develop a new mixer type for you, as we produce our mixers ourselves.

Mixer with conventional connection
Introduction: conventional mixer connection with drive hook
With this type of mixer connection, the mixer is hooked into the drive hook of the mixing head. This hook spins, causing the mixer to rotate, and in this way enables dynamic mixing of the materials in the mixer sleeve.
This principle, in which the material is mixed very homogeneously by the rotating mixing spiral immediately before ejection, is a TARTLER invention and has set the standard in resin processing since 1990. We manufacture our mixers in numerous widths and lengths with different spiral geometries.
Furthermore, variants with additional functional components are available:
- with scraper for materials that tend to form agglomerates
- with cone for quick closure of the mixer outlet after each end of the shot
- with integrated pulse generator (Ini) for speed monitoring
- for processing materials with a temperature of up to 200° C
- Especially for small shot / discharge volumes / small discharge range
- Low viscosities
We select the right mixer for you depending on materials (viscosity, density, mixing ratio), output and application.
If the desired result requires a further development of the mixer, we have the possibility to develop a new mixer type for you, as we produce our mixers ourselves.
