Mixing heads
Our mixing heads are designed and manufactured in-house. This way we can guarantee the supply of the perfect mixing head for every application: Adapted to the material, the required flow rate and the connected machine.
Thanks the cooperation with the ZT Odenwald GmbH (part of the TARTLER GROUP), which performs all turning and milling work for us, we can manufacture all parts 100% in-house and deliver maximum quality assurance.
Our mixing heads are easy to handle and are characterized by gentle material processing and increased process reliability in everyday production thanks to modern sensor technology. In addition, they can be equipped with temperature sensors and allow – if required by the application or material used – the connection of heating cartridges. They can be used for conventional static mixing as well as for high-quality dynamic mixing with the disposable plastic rotary mixer developed by us.
Another special feature of our mixing heads is that mixing only takes place in the mixer itself. This means there is no need to flush any spaces and there is no risk of it clogging with mixed material.
We recommend the use of our dynamic mixer, which enables perfect mixing, even with extreme differences in the viscosity of the components and/or challenging mixing ratios. As a disposable product, the plastic mixer is disposed of after use with the hardened material residues adhering to it – no need to use environmentally harmful rinsing agents. We have also developed special mixers for a number of individual applications – always with the aim of achieving the best possible result.
Below you will find an overview of our mixing heads – with conventional mixer connection, drive hook or with our patented self-cutting connection for the dynamic mixer element.
Mixing heads withs self-cutting mixer connection (patented)
The self-cutting mixer connection developed and patented by us has many advantages over the conventional drive hook.
- Automated mixer change is possible
- Easy cleaning
- Problem-free mixer change even with cured mixer
- Higher work safety due to improved shaft geometry
- Low maintenance, as sealing only against A-component
- More stable, low-maintenance design
- Easy and safe maintenance assembly
- Self-cutting system with its advantages
- Mixing head for up to 4 components incl. recirculation function of the valves
- Valves are individually replaceable
- Air motor drive (electric motor possible)
- Different valve sizes possible

Mixing heads with conventional mixer connection (drive hook)
With standard connection, the mixer is hooked into the drive hook of the mixing head. This hook spins, causing the mixer to rotate, and in this way enables dynamic mixing of the materials in the mixer sleeve.
This principle, in which the material is mixed very homogeneously by the rotating mixing spiral immediately before ejection, is a TARTLER invention and has set the standard in resin processing since 1990. We manufacture our mixers in numerous widths and lengths with different spiral geometries.
Designed for medium discharge quantities, same viscosity and mixing ratio. Characterized by the light, compact and very low maintenance design.

- Lightweight design
- Air motor drive (electric motor possible)
- Different valve sizes possible
- Further modification such as strain relief, heating, temperature detection, pressure detection
