Apprenticeships in Workshop/Production

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/x)

The tasks include the manufacture of machine assemblies/components as well as their installation and conversion. In addition, an industrial mechanic (m/f/x) monitors and optimizes production processes and carries out repair and maintenance tasks.

Industrial mechanic is a 3.5-year recognized apprenticeship in industry and trade. The training can be deepened in a specific field, depending on the training workplace, such as:

  • Precision Equipment Manufacturing
  • Maintenance
  • Mechanical and Plant engineering
  • Production Engineering

Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/x)

Mechatronics engineers work in the assembly and maintenance of complex machines and systems in plant and mechanical engineering or at the customers and operators of these mechatronic systems. Mechatronics engineers carry out their work at various locations, primarily at assembly sites, in workshops or in the service area, independently in accordance with documentation and instructions and in compliance with the relevant regulations and safety provisions. They often work in a team and coordinate their work with upstream and downstream departments. Mechatronics engineers are qualified electricians in the sense of the accident prevention regulations.

Apprenticeships in Administration

Industrial Clerk (m/f/x)

In the course of a three-year training as industrial clerk (m/f/x), you will learn to manage business processes for the execution of administrative tasks such as

  • Preparation of offers for the sales department
  • Cost and performance accounting
  • Responsibility for process and production sequences in production

Generally speaking, industrial clerks are employed for all kinds of commercial tasks. Since they communicate with customers as well as with suppliers, employees and the management, they are regarded as important interfaces and contact points in the company. It is a responsible role with varied tasks.

Office Management Assistant (m/f/x)

In the three-year training course to become an office management assistant (m/f/x) you will learn organizational and commercial administrative tasks such as

  • Completion of correspondence
  • Designing of presentations
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Planning and monitoring of appointments
  • Preparation of meetings

You will provide support in personnel deployment planning and purchase external services. Furthermore, you will support customers, participate in order processing, write invoices and monitor incoming payments.
