Dosing and mixing systems for foam production

Depending on the material and end product, various processes are used today for the production of state-of-the-art foams: The dosing and mixing of liquid synthetic resins, hardeners and functional additives is an indispensable preliminary stage in the realization of high-quality and homogeneous semi-finished products and molded parts made of elastic rigid and flexible foams by means of foam extrusion, molding process, PUR foaming and reinforced reaction injection molding (RRIM).

TARTLER’s single and multi-component dosing, mixing and application systems are precisely tailored to the efficient processing of liquid polyurethane resins and epoxy resins used in the context of foam production. They are available in various performance classes and can be configured to meet customer-specific requirements. Manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive and vehicle construction, packaging, furniture construction, railway, acoustics and insulation industries as well as housing construction, sports and orthopedic industries use our systems for their foam production. The name TARTLER stands for quality and process reliability in dosing and mixing technology across the globe.

Safe processing of liquid plastics

Depending on the plant series, equipment and degree of automation, you can use our dosing, mixing and application systems as space-saving stand-alone systems or integrate them into your production processes for the manufacture of flexible and rigid foams.

Foam production plants from the MDM and NODOPUR series are available to you.
