Our company motto “Mixing is possible” stands for our commitment in all areas of synthetic resin processing. For every customer, for every application and for every industry, we implement intelligent and perfectly coordinated system solutions for the reliable and repeatable dosing, mixing and application of liquid and pasty resins and hardeners.

We are also proficient in handling large viscosity variations and extreme mixing ratios. The technological basis for this is provided by the work of our own development center, our high vertical range of manufacture, the flexible organization of our assembly and our wide range of products and systems from our own production. TARTLER not only develops and builds dosing and mixing systems, but also manufactures all 1C and multi-component mixing heads, all rotary disposable mixers and almost all peripheral systems as well as spare and consumable parts on its own.

Increased availability for the benefit of the customer

For quite some time now, engineers at the German TARTLER GROUP have been utilizing additive manufacturing methods to enhance the flexibility and accelerate the pace of their development processes. The TARTLER India Private Ltd. team presented themselves at the Wind Energy Fair in Chennai and were supported by the headquarters in Germany. Safe media conveyance without disturbing air

Air pockets and chambers often hinder the reliable conveying of highly viscous media. Especially in areas where lidded drums and hobbocks are a determining factor in the filling and transfer processes, they hinder trouble-free further processing in dosing, mixing, and application systems.
