For every customer, for every application and for every industry, we implement intelligent and perfectly coordinated system solutions for the reliable and repeatable dosing, mixing and application of liquid and pasty resins and hardeners.

We are also proficient in handling large viscosity variations and extreme mixing ratios. The technological basis for this is provided by the work of our own development center, our high vertical range of manufacture, the flexible organization of our assembly and our wide range of products and systems from our own production. TARTLER not only develops and builds dosing and mixing systems, but also manufactures all 1C and multi-component mixing heads, all rotary disposable mixers and almost all peripheral systems as well as spare and consumable parts on its own.

TARTLER India Private Ltd. – Successful exhibition and expansion of the location

The TARTLER India Private Ltd. team presented themselves at the Wind Energy Fair in Chennai and were supported by the headquarters in Germany. Networking at the fair was a complete success, as all wind turbine manufacturers, both Indian and some international, were represented as exhibitors and visitors.
The discussions and insights into the currently very dynamic market of the wind industry confirm that TARTLER India’s direction, with the increase in employees and also the expansion of service staff and production and storage space, is heading in the right direction.
This allows us to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers and prospective clients in India regarding “dosing and mixing” with the same high quality that many of our customers already consider standard.

Safe media conveyance without disturbing air

Air pockets and chambers often hinder the reliable conveying of highly viscous media. Especially in areas where lidded drums and hobbocks are a determining factor in the filling and transfer processes, they hinder trouble-free further processing in dosing, mixing, and application systems. The TAVA F vacuum station from TARTLER has proven itself a proven solution in many applications. From the initial filling of the drums to the actual application, it enables optimal process control for pastes, silicones, adhesives, greases, and many single-component materials.

Slim entry for newcomers to synthetic resin technology

To enable startups and newcomers in the field of modern synthetic resin technology to enter automated processing cost-effectively, TARTLER has developed the smart control variant Light Eco. It is available for all of the manufacturer‘s 1K and 2K dosing, mixing, and application systems and is extremely easy to operate. If required, there is even an upgrade for volume flow monitoring.

Optimised for use in LSR processes

Moulded parts made of silicone rubber using the liquid silicone rubber (LSR) process are used in almost all areas of technology today. Their series production usually takes place in modified injection moulding and 3D printing systems. However, in order to achieve high-quality results, it is necessary to optimally condition the high- or low-viscosity components used before moulding. In its Nodopur, Nodopox and Tardosil series, the German company TARTLER therefore offers mixing and dosing systems that are perfectly tailored to the LSR requirements and can be customised.
