This video shows the MDM 4 in use in manufacturing flexible PU elements moulded in a silicone mould. Thanks to its compact design, the MDM series from TARTLER can be used for many applications and is particularly appreciated in the laboratory or in prototype production. The MDM 4 is a functional machine whose output is adjustable by potentiometer and offers a reliable solution for beginners in the mechanical processing of liquid synthetic resins. The basic equipment includes plastic containers which are manually filled and not pressurised with compressed air. Alternatively, the material can also be supplied via stainless steel containers or directly from higher stored delivery containers. The central motor drives the dosing pumps and the flexible shaft of the dynamic mixing head LC 0/2, which mixes the components with our rotating disposable plastic mixer.
