Before casting the mixing head will be pre-filled without rotating of the plastic mixing elements. To controll the mixing quality you can do a test shot in a plastic cup. Now the mold can be filled. After casting the mixer will be flushed with air and removed. The material outlet will be cleaned and protected with a closed cup.
