WE ARE INFORMING YOU ABOUT THE FOLLOWING PERSONNEL CHANGE

Mr. Saravana Moorthy will change on January, 01st 2026 to his new role as HEAD – WIND & AEROSPACE (ASIA-PACIFIC).

Strategic Market Expansion and Organizational Development – TARTLER India
To strengthen our position in the market, TARTLER India is implementing a revised organizational structure that supports our long-term strategic goals.

In addition to consolidating our presence in the wind blade market, we plan to expand into new high-growth sectors – particularly the aerospace industry – where we see significant potential for our products and solutions.

TARTLER India is committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers. To achieve this, we are focused on ensuring that we have the right personnel on site, equipped with the expertise and resources needed to support our customers effectively.

Therefore the new role for Mr. Moorthy is described as follows:

Role title:
Head – Wind & Aerospace (Asia-Pacific)(Meter Mixing and Dosing Machines Business Development – India & APAC Region)

Reporting line:
Group Managing Director / CEO – Tartler Group

Role purpose:
To lead, develop, and expand Tartler Group’s business in the Wind Energy and Aerospace sectors in Asia pacific Region, with a primary focus on meter mixing and dosing systems. The role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring business alignment with global objectives.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement Asia-Pacific business development strategies for Wind and Aerospace sectors.
– Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
– Align India and Asia-Pacific business initiatives with Tartler Group’s overall strategic goals.
– Drive sales and project acquisition for meter mixing and dosing systems for Wind & Aerospace sectors
– Collaborate with local and global sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
– Collaborate with local leadership to ensure the business strategy is successfully executed.
– Responsible for Tartler Group in key industry forums, exhibitions, and conferences for Wind & Aerospace sectors
– Coordinate between Indian operations and the global headquarters for project execution and support.
– Establish and manage long-term customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
