Plant manufacturer <\/strong>TARTLER offers four different system solutions<\/strong> for the processing and application of small and very small quantities of liquid two-component synthetic resins<\/strong>. Users in product development prototyping, electro casting, adhesive application and RIM applications in particular will thus be able to find a number of alternatives for the efficient dosing and mixing of silicones, polyurethanes and epoxy resins. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"For all those minimal-quantity users of synthetic resins with pneumatic dispensers who want to move away from hand mixing, TARTLER\u2019s LC-DCM dispenser attachment represents a highly elegant and cost-efficient solution. That is because this attachment is equipped with a universal connection point for a number of manual cartridge systems commonly available on the market and enables \u2013 and this is by no means a given \u2013 the dynamic<\/em> mixing of resin and hardener. In practical terms, this means the LC-DCM TARTLER offers small-quantity users the quality advantages of the dynamic 2K dosing \/ mixing technology known from industrial series production. In other words: anyone who processes cast resins and adhesives for repairs, reworks or optimising surfaces and uses the multi-component or double cartridge pistols from Nordson, Sulzer, Ritter or other manufacturers and docks on the LC-DCM from TARTLER can now look forward to homogenous mixing and impressive output.<\/p>\n

Manual but dynamic \u2013 cartridge dispenser attachment LC-DCM<\/h3>\n

Depending on the material combination, the small-quantity user can achieve a volume discharge up to 80 per cent higher with the LC-DCM than when using one of the static mixers offered by the cartridge or material manufacturer at the same configuration and pressure. TARTLER\u2019s dispenser attachment was developed specially for extreme mixing ratios and high-viscosity differences in the materials. As a result, it yields significant benefits for all synthetic resin and adhesive processors who need to apply small quantities in even volume flows and need to use the same materials in reworks as in series production while achieving optimal mixing quality.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/h3>\n

Entry to mechanical 2K processing<\/h3>\n

An entry-level solution for small-quantity processors who want to move from manual to mechanical dosing and mixing of liquid polyurethanes and epoxy resin is the MDM 4 table machine in TARTLER\u2019s range. After a thorough re-engineering, this compact system is now designed in such a manner that the combination of the pumps can be configured for output levels from 50 to 800 ml\/min \u2013 depending on the mixing ratio and viscosity of the components. The MDM 4 makes it possible to achieve dosing ratios from 100:10 to 10:100 and the output is controlled by a potentiometer. The mixing head is a slim LC 0\/2 from TARTLER. It is equipped with a rotating disposable mixer that is driven via a flexible shaft by a frequency-controlled electro motor. When selecting the containers for the A and B components, the user can choose between containers of 0.5 to 100 l. A 220 V connection is all that is required to put it into operation.<\/p>\n

Casting, spraying, foaming<\/h3>\n

\nThe next biggest sister model is the MDM 5. It has a variable output level of 0.05 to 1.5 l\/min, while offering more functions and a Siemens Logo control system with useful features such as shot time pre-selection and a pot time alarm. The machine can be equipped with various container sizes, electrical stirrers, as well as heating units for containers, hoses and the mixing head. The selection from various mixing heads in TARTLER\u2019s product range provides additional freedom. In the MDM 5, small-quantity users will find a stationary or mobile machine for casting, spraying and foaming. In addition to a 220 V connection, a compressed air supply (6-8 bar) is also required to put it into operation.<\/p>\n

Finally, the top-of-the-range model in TARTLER\u2019s compact machine range \u2013 the MDM 6 \u2013 offers even more functions. It is designed for maximum outputs of 3.5 l\/min, can be equipped with containers with a volume from 3.0 l to 100 l, and can equally be used for casting, spaying and foaming. It also offers additional functions \u2013 for example, a small and large recirculation of the components.<\/p>\n

Automation before your eyes<\/h3>\n

The plant manufacturer thus bridges the gap for many users to the next higher dimension of synthetic resin processing. The latest innovation from TARTLER in the field of fully automated minimum-quantity dosing is the new LV 2\/2 dosing mixing head for the high-precision processing of low-viscosity components and their pinpoint application. It is specially designed for demanding quality applications in electro casting and adhesive technology. Typical areas of application are, for example, the grouting and sealing of tiny electrical\/electronic construction elements or the adhesion of small magnets into the rotors of compact e-mobility drive units. The LV 2\/2 enables the mixing of resins and hardeners with viscosities ranging from 50 to 20,000 mPas, as well as the pinpoint and repeatable dosing of tiny shots from 1.0 to 10 grams.
