Refilling station with melting unit | Hotmelt | Hot casting machine

for hot casting adhesive / hot melt or epoxy resin and polyurethane

A dosing station can also be equipped as a refill unit with a melting module to process hotmelt adhesive or epoxy resin or polyurethane resins.

Due to the melting unit of the follower plate, only the material is heated and melted / liquefied that is actually processed.

The rest of the material in the drum is not affected by the temperature. In addition, all other components such as hoses or a dosing head / dosing valve are equipped with heating and insulation to avoid cold spots and thus guarantee the conveying process.

Return stop for suction lance

Now standard for our systems - retrofitting possible!

With the conventional system, the suction lance runs empty when it is removed from the drum. The returning material must be emptied manually.

With the new return stop, there is no return flow into the drum: This means less material loss, less waste and thus conservation of resources. The operator also benefits because the possibility of contacting material is significantly reduced. Cleaner working is possible.

Material that has already been sucked in runs out of the lance when it is removed from the drum.

The return stop ensures that material that has already been sucked in remains in the suction lance. Only a few drops of material remain on the outside of the lance.
