NODOPUR 200 3K Hotmelt

At the end of September an unprecedented project comes to an end: Company New Era Materials starts up the new dosing system NODOPUR VS 3K with melting unit for an epoxy resin machine.

 

The NODOPUR dosing machine for liquid media has been equipped with the innovative melting unit, which liquefies just as much material of the A component (here: resin) directly below the follower plate as it actually processes or needs to be refilled into the buffer tank. In this way, the remaining material in the drum is not unnecessarily burdened, as would have been the case with a complete container heating. An additional advantage is the time savings: The material is ready for use faster and the production can start immediately.

 

 

NODOPUR 200 3K Hotmeltmodul

In order to keep the materials fluid/liquid, buffer containers and adjacent assembly parts of the A and B component are also fully heated, so that optimum mixing can be ensured.

The integrated oil-temperature-control ensures compliance with a constant heating.
For 2 components a refilling system has been delivered, the third component is refilled by hand.

The dosing range is 0.4 – 2 l/min with a very low mixing ratio deviation/discrepancy of less than 1%.

All mechanical components are perfectly matched to the material, as well as the control to the needs of New Era Materials.
