    Technical centre in Haingrund started
    In case of the actual situation and in case that we expect a good future,
    we started with the new technical centre in Haingrund.


    • Silence an clean working arrear

    • Training and / or taking over

    • Demonstration of the different machines

    • Trials for longer time schedule


    The start up was together with Sika Chemie.
    We tested together if it is possible to work with the machine with long hoses up to 20 mtr. and with a higher output (more than 8 kg/min)

    The machine tests was very successful, and we realize that we have enough reserve to the machine limit.

    When the milling tests are fine, than we can start with the next generation of the PU paste application.

      PU-Adhesive machine with output more than 15 kg/min:

    • A Component with a viscosity up to 500000 mPas from the supplier 200 ltr. Drum is connected to the filling unit
    • And fill continuously the dosing drum, if necessary.
      So we must not stop the casting process during the drum change
    • High speed drum change on the filling unit in case of a intelligent Process electric
    • B Component, a high filled Iso with 35000 mPas is connected to the filling pump and filled continuously the 200 ltr. Stainless steel pressure tank
      So we can also casting during the change of the Container
    • 3 mtr. Mixhead arm
    • Static dynamic mixing WITHOUT solvent cleaning, with the newest mixer and speed control at the plastic elements
    • Mixing ratio adjustment and regulation at the Siemens touch screen MP 370 Panel

    Mixhead LC 5 as a "hot potato"

    • with a modification of the mixhead version LC 5, it is possible to heat up to 200°C
    • dynamic mixing with the rotating static elements is possible, because of special mixers

    New Production Plant
    since January 2005 we are using our plant in
    D - 64720 MICHELSTADT , Relystr. 39
    as our production plant, whereas our company in
    D - 64750 Luetzelbach/Haingrund
    will be used for trainings, demonstrations as well as
    for showing the meter/mix machine(s) connected to any
    handling systems like robots, CNC-machines, vacuum chambers etc.
